I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, near big malls, restaurants, and supermarkets, and right next to Centum City subway station. However, they tend to increase prices during events. The rooms were spacious, with a wardrobe in the middle, very comfortable beds, all amenities, and heaters, making it a cozy haven. The service was top-notch, including housekeeping, shops, laundry, and both paid and complimentary airport shuttle services. The hotel's proximity to various attractions and amenities makes it a convenient choice. The dining experience, especially for soba, was delightful. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor hiccups regarding pricing during events.
